The Leather Binder: Made from premium PU leather, magnetic closure, ideal for A5 paper, 6 ring binder, nickel-plated binder ring (easy to open and close), hidden compartments and card pockets, two pen loops, 9.2 x 6.9 inches size is easy to handle. Great size to take into the grocery store.

When to use it: I find it most helpful to plan the a day before I grocery shop or the morning of. I get out some cookbooks, Pinterest, and family suggestions and dedicate some time to a very important aspect of our lives…the food we eat.

Meal Planning Rhythm:Take out Pinterest (or TikTok if you do like that) and cookbooks to plan your week of meals.

Grocery Planning Rhythm: Look at your meals, staple foods and check the pantry… then write and sort your groceries..

Tip: Plan your dinners. Plan your lunches and dinners. Plan your breakfast, lunches and dinners. This is not homework… make this planner yours! Use the grocery list planner to sort your groceries (produce, meat, frozen, dairy, deli etc). If you shop at different stores you can even sort by store (Costco, Trader Joes, Etc).
