a product is sold out, how can i be notified when it is restocked?
if a product is sold out, use the contact form to let us know you are interested in the product. we will email you when the product is restocked.
how can i care for my candle?
here are some tips:
1: let your candle reach full melt pool (melted wax reaches the edges of the container) before extinguishing, this will prevent tunneling. This may take 1-3 hours. some wax may remain on the sides after a good burn (this is fine). you just don’t want to light it for 30 minutes and leave a melt pool the size of a dime. you want to create the largest melt pool possible.
2: trim your wick to 1/4” before each use (Amazon sells wick trimmers for $6, I have one in gold. so stunning! ).
3. if your flame height seems is too tall, this is a good indicator that you need to trim your wick.
i love scented candles, are your candles highly scented?
if candles were classified mild, medium or hot like salsa, our scented candles are intentionally designed mild due to our simple ingredients and processes. hooray for no headaches due to too much fragrance.
